Texas Bartending Jobs

The Texas School of Bartenders is fully committed to assisting its graduates in finding employment in the field of bartending. The school’s advanced job-placement program, “Data Link”, has proven to be a successful tool for its students since its launch in 1997.

The bartending industry is flooded with full-time, part-time, catering, private party, and management bartending jobs. Many of our graduates who hold full-time day jobs in other industries begin bartending jobs part-time in the evenings on weekends and later switch to full-time bartending. Many college students bartend part-time while they are in classes and then switch to full-time during the summers. Others use bartending jobs as a part-time position just to make some extra money doing catered events or private parties.

The bartending jobs placement program at the school offers assistance in finding employment in the bar and beverage industry. Positions are common in airports, hotels, nightclubs, sports bars, music-oriented clubs, restaurants, and neighborhood bars. After the formal training program, students are assisted in interviewing skills, application processes and job-search techniques.

As bartending job leads are developed, students are contacted concerning interview arrangements and positions that are available. The school is affiliated with bartending schools nationwide that will assist the graduates with job placement in those cities for free and also allow the graduate to practice at their training facilities.

The Job Placement Assistance Program

All Texas School of Bartenders graduates are immediately eligible for nationwide bartending job placement assistance. Being part of a nationwide alliance of bartending schools provides our graduates with the flexibility of utilizing job placement services in over 50 cities. Locally, graduates sit down with the Job Placement Director to discuss the different employment opportunities available.

The Job Placement Director will assist each and every graduate with all aspects of obtaining employment. Since the course is equivalent to several months of on-the-job experience, the employment rate for our graduates has been over 85% each year since the school’s opening.
